for a conditional 4th round 2015 pick. So, the Bills basically recoup the 4th rounder they traded away to get Watkins. Interesting, and likely takes the Niners out of the running for WRs tonight.

I don't know about the fit with SF for Stevie though. He has a very singular way of getting open which requires working with your QB a lot to know what to expect. Fitz figured him out, but Manuel did not. I don't see Kaep as the kind of QB to understand that level of nuance in Stevie's game, but who knows I guess.

This was to be expected after they took Watkins.

They had way too many WR's.

Thing is, now the Niners are in a similar boat: Boldin, Crabtree, Williams, Lloyd

I guess Lloyd goes to the bench and Stevie is now a slot?

Kaep is not good with reading progressions. SO despite him having now an insane amount of weapons, he won't utilize them as effectively as a Peyton or Brady would.

That said, for a one progression and if not open run kind of guy, the more weapons the better. It'll be far more likely the guy he zeros in on is open if he has 4 studs running routes than one and some garbage like many teams.

I'm assuming Lloyd won't make the cut. He is getting up there in age and really hasnt done much outside of Josh McDaniels system IIRC

I think Russ is much better than Colin as well
