Dodgers, they got the BPA and gave up barely anything of significance for him.

My vote is subject to change if the Dodgers win the World Series or if they are able to lock up Machado long term after the season, but for now I vote for the Indians.

They get arguably the best reliever on the market who has been one of the best closers in the game this year, who is virtually unhittable against lefties. They lengthen a bullpen that has been struggling this season, and if Miller can come back healthy and be close to the same pitcher he has been the last few years, the Indians pen could go from a liability to an asset.

And Hand is signed for the next two years after this one on a relatively team friendly deal.

As for the Orioles and Padres, it's impossible to tell how they did with trades. It'll be years down the line before we really know who won the individual trades.

Tough call, but I am going with the Padres ... they are loading up with talent in 3-5 years it looks like the White Sox and Pardres are going to be meeting in the World Series.
I hope but sox rebuild has been a mess early. A ton of injuries and most of their pitching prospects are getting shelled in the minors. Cease looks legit. Kopech has been really inconsistent
