The strange thing is that BAYLOR gets the worst possible bowl matchup.


Oklahoma/Oklahoma State/Texas all get extremely cool matchups.

Any other program would suffer as well.
But Texas is somehow expected to have an all-American as the backup??

A program like Texas should have a half ass capable back up QB. Hell, they should be two deep at every position.

I will give Texas credit. I would have never thought they would have been playing for the Big XII championship and still be in the game as late as they were. Don't know if it was luck or smoke and mirrors, but they did more than I thought they would 5his year. I thought they were headed for another 2010 season.

TEXAS played Baylor tougher than any other opponent in Waco.


They are virtually invincible at home.


No team has been with 3 touchdowns at halftime versus Baylor in Waco.


Texas was about 4 inches from having 1st and goal from the 2 yard line in the 4th.


And even after that bad luck....


Texas still was driving in Baylor territory before the blatant pass interference pick six.
