I would rather have seen something like this between the Big Ten and SEC, for reasons of fan travel, bigger stadiums and most importantly better competition.

But still, it's an improvement to the OOC schedule. I just hope the Rose Bowl is never a rematch.

It's also crucial that they rotate the schedule instead of having the same teams play every year. That would be a huge, huge mistake. This should be a conference challenge, not a bunch of new, forced "rivalry" games.
