Clearly they showed up the Big 12 by missing out on those sweet Belk bowl/Music City Bowl losses

The discussion was that the Big 12 should have taken Louisville instead of TCU.
There is zero evidence that supports the idea that Louisville was a superior choice than TCU.

TCU has exceeded expectations for the league AND has been significantly more relevant than Louisville.
We know (50-7) firsthand how good they have been.

LOU didn't lose the Music City bowl. If they were in the Big12 then you might actually have someone in the Big12 that could beat SEC A&M.

Stick around, you will learn that the Big12 is in financial trouble because of all the rent they pay in the heads of every other P5 conference. You probably won't see it any time soon because the shit talking stopped pretty quick when the Big12 has been losing like it is going out of style and are happy when they can break back into the top 25.

Losing Mizzu hurt more than Colorado but not close to losing the other two. Losing A&M and Nebraska sealed the fate of the Big 12.
