Not entirely accurate.
Since 2003, Oregon has the same number of wins vs Washington as Ohio State has vs Michigan.
Both rivalries have been completely one-sided.

I need a ruling on Cincinnati.
In case anyone missed it ... this thread is about conferences playing P5 opponents yet the no class Oregon posters are trying to change the topic. Most classless fan base in all of college football. Pure straight up no class trailer park trash.
WATCH: What Oregon fans did after losing to Stanford proves they’re the worst fanbase in CFB
In case anyone missed it ... this thread is about
Playing a Power 5 opponent does not mean playing a quality opponent.
Oklahoma State, Texas tech, Kansas, and West Virginia do not play any FBS OOC with a winning record in 2019. That is 40% of the conference only plays teams with losing records.
IN the B1G, Illinois and Maryland do not play a FBS OOC with a winning record. 14%
In the Big 12, only TCU plays a FBS OOC with teams with winning records. 10%
In the B1G, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Northwestern, Nebraska, play FBS OOC with winning records. 28%
By saying that a 5-7 Oregon State, 4-8 Arizona, 3-9 Vanderbilt, 6-7 Boston College, 4-8 Mississippi, 6-7 Florida State, 3-9 Maryland is more impressive than play 11-3 Florida Atlantic, 13-1 Applachian State, 12-2 memphis, 11-3 Cincinnati, 11-2 Air Force, 8-4 Western Kentucky, 8-5 Buffalo, 8-5 Arkansas State, 8-5 Temple, 7-6 BYU, 7-6 Tulane, 8-6 Central Michigan, and 7-6 Kent State, okey dokey.
