By seasons end, who do you think will be the leading TE in the North? I feel we are in the running this year and that alone feels real good.
Meh... I like Bennett, but I think Rudolph is a stud.
Bennett 55 catches 626 yds 5 tds
Rudolph 53 493 9 tds
Finely 61 667 2 tds
Pettigrew 59 567 3tds
All had between 90 and 100 targets.
Rudolph won't get the ball as much this year, Minny has more WR targets now. Bennett I know little about. Finley is a freak but very inconsistent. Pettigrew seems pretty average. It's gonna be a tight race.

He always looks like an all Pro vs the Bears. I'd love to see him have couple bad games.Pettigrew cant hold on to a ball to save his life. Twice he got stripped against te Titans last year. He's also slow as hell. He's not horrible, but I would expect more from such a high pick.
I think that actually helps him, the WR's will take the top off the defense giving him more opportunities in the middle of the field.
All speculation of course, I think they're all good. But I wouldn't rule out Rudolph for sure, the guy has great hands.
I'm not ruling him out at all. Jennings will open things up for him and Ponder is best at the underneath throws. He is not a deep ball passer. But I do see MN spreading the ball out more.
Here are WCG thoughts on Bennet
