I have not been to the Colliseum since the late '80s (pre-Mt. Davis), but I seen to remember there being a lip on the top of the bowl so you in fact cannot see over. Maybe there are some gaps? I don't think so.
But you don't need to be a contortionist to do it at AT&T.
