Manziel has plenty more arm strength than Dalton. And it isn't Daltons lack of arm strength that is the problem, Montana, Brees, Brady don't have lasers, but they have the balls to put it where it needs to do. Manziel does too and he can throw a better deep ball.

Dalton's strength is timing and accuracy. He doesn't do well when he has to pull the ball down and reset. If the coaches have to develop quick timing passes to help him out.
