Anyone who believes it will be anyone else other than Andy Dalton is kidding themselves.
This team will not make a change. Period. They will not draft a QB, and they will not use AJ to push Dalton...
It's Dalton.
Fuck it, now that it's official that Winston is coming out, trade the farm for him. He's a total fucking moron, but they kid has talent, leadership and he wins. A lot.
I can dream.
You are not Martin Luther King...you have no dream. Sit down, shut up, and continue the Bengalization!

Andy Dalton is NOT the problem. Green has been in and out of the lineup all season and was out vs. Indy, Eifert went down in game 1. Marvin Jones has been out all season, Grisham was out vs. Indy. And that is JUST receivers ! Our injuries on both sides of the ball are too numerous to mention and somehow it is all Daltons fault. I'm surprised he got us to the playoffs this year when you consider our schedule and you add in the injuries.
I think this team needs to look at our training staff? Something isn't working. Maybe we need to hire a Yogi and get more stretching in or something.
That depends on your ambition imo...if you are content with 9 or 10 wins a yr and making the playoffs...Dalton is your man...if you want to hoist the Lombardi...he's part of the problem...just doesn't perform at the top of his ability when the games mean the most...can he change that? Yes, but will he? idk.
Whereas a guy like Flacco or even Ben can look like shit sometimes, but when the games are biggest they tend to play up to the moment more times than not.
That said...there's no question that Dalton will be and should be the QB in 2015...you guys would have to sacrifice too much to make a run at one of these rookies that really won't make the team better next yr.
AJ McCarron is not the answer. Lets move on.
I agree he's not, but we did draft the guy, and he took zero game snaps this year, including preseason. Now that his shoulder is rehabbed, he should get an extensive look in preseason to at least determine if he's potentially a better backup than Campbell. You never know until you look, we could be surprised. Besides, how good would he need to be to be a better option than Dalton?[/QU
Campbell is a free agent so he may not even no back.

I doubt he'll be a high demand guy. We could re-sign him and Hobs could spin it as our proof of "commitment to winning"
