I completely believe that if Bryce Young was in a better system, on a better team, he'd be just fine. the Panthers are just going through the motions this year. they know they aren't good enough to make the playoffs, but business still has to be done. Painfully so, we've been there.

If I'm a QB, I want to play for Shannahan or O'Connel from Minnesota. Those guys consistently get more out of less. McVay is probably in that discussion as well.
