Obviously I’m only talking about the Harden situation, anyone that counts on him gets burned. Presti was smart enough not to play the game.

Is he a very good NBA player?

Yes.

For 40 minutes.. problem is the game is 48 minutes long, and he just clogs up the half court offense because nobody checks him at all above the foul line.

They could have had Simmons, Maxey, Thybulle and multiple 1st round picks but they refused to work with Morey. They cut their nose off to spite their face.

Their owner, restaurateur Tillman Fertitta, got involved. He was the reason Morey wanted to part ways in the first place.

Tillman is a grade-a jackass, kind of a poor man Trump wannabe who runs very mediocre overpriced seafood restaurants and literally built a boardwalk pier on Galveston Island that you have to pay to walk on. Bad guy.

It's not an issue whatsoever, lol. He shouldn't be expected to space the floor in Brooklyn; that's what Kyrie, Durant, Seth, Mills, Harris, etc are for. Simmons should be point forward and a defensive asset, plain and simple.

I’m just glad he isn’t the Sixers problem anymore. Watching a real PG work in this offense has been a delight. Harden has taken the half court offense of the Sixers next level.
