This is just ridiculous. Ben Simmons left arm is literally directly under the basket. He didn't take the shot because he was scared he was going to get fouled.

And this one play wasn't the reason why the Sixers lost. Ben Simmons shooting 31% from the stripe was the main reason, although not the only reason. That he took only, IIRC, TWO shots in the 4th quarter in the last 5 games was a big problem as well.

That play was the symptom that symbolized the problem not the cause.

Nah, I’m the guy that knows about Ben Simmons wing span, the fact that he shoots left, and the reality that the closest man to contest the play is one of the worst defenders in the league and Simmons has about a foot of height on him.
