If the Orange Bowl is first, they would go for AM.

Interesting... Four teams go undefeated.

Might go with TOSU vs. Oregon in the big one. Bama might run out of steam at some point. Clemson is looking like world beaters right now. UL looks about right.

Technically it goes Bowl that loses BCS #1 then bowl that loses BCS #2 then Orange, Sugar, Fiesta. therefore with the picks saying BCS Alabama vs Oregon and assuming that is the 1 vs 2 respectfully then it goes Sugar, Rose, Orange, Sugar, Fiesta

so based on that Sugar would not get a chance to pick up A&M

Love having you around here Oly. Straightening things out.

You have fun Saturday man? That was awesome. THe best fans I have ever encountered in 20 years at Autzen were the Vols fans. Classy group of people.

Thank you for stopping by the tailgater Oly. See you next time...:suds:

A&M would already be in the Sugar before the Orange made a selection.

while highly likely it is not a guarantee. the host bowls that lose a team to the NC do not have to take a team from their partner conferences. they almost always do though.

Clemson going 12-1 and winning the conference? You don't think they'll beat GT, or do you think FSU will lose two conference games? Edit: Nevermind they've got USCe left :L

If the Rose ends up getting the second choice of at-large bids, do you think they'd go after Stanford? I would figure Oklahoma or Florida State may be more enticing just for the fact they have larger fanbases than Stanford. Maybe I'm missing something on the selection process.

Has the Rose EVER varied from the Pac v B1G matchup if it was at all possible?

And frankly, if Oregon and Bama run the table, I'm ok with tOSU getting left out...

We play a shit schedule, and frankly Oregon, at least, looks better, I'm not 100% sold on Bama yet, but wtf do i know...

yes

2011 TCU vs Wis they had a contract to take eligible nonBCS team if they were eligible if it came up within a certain time frame and it did.

more valid though is 2005 Texas vs Michigan despite an eligible Cal team
