No, they do not. They have already played more ranked teams than tOSU, and will end the season with more ranked teams on the schedule. Their schedule gets tougher......tOSUs gets easier.

They have played one ranked team. TTU isn't ranked.

Neither Baylor or Ohio State has play a good team and neither has a defense that can stop a good running game; so it really doesn't matter. Both teams should be in the top ten; beyond that; not so sure. If things sort out; Ohio State might see Oregon in the Rose Bowl and then we shall see if Ohio State is a top 5 team. Given Oregon's defense, the over/under should be about 80 points. After watching Illinois ring up that defense for 35 yesterday, that was not very impressive. Illinois had no defense either; hence the 60 points. The question is whether or not Baylor jumps Ohio State; IMO probably not and if/when Ohio State gets past Michigan State, Ohio State deserves to be in front of Baylor. Michigan State is a very good team and if Ohio State beats them, then they are deserving to be in the top 5.

In the end, it really doesn't matter. Ohio State isn't gonna pass either Bama or FSU and neither will Baylor. 3rd, 4th, 5th I don't care. Heading to the Rose Bowl and hopefully winning are good things to look forward to.

If Oregon can somehow meet up with Ohio State in the Rose Bowl I am extremely pleased with the season.

Gettin Oregon's 1st victory over Ohio State in program history in the 100th RB would be all any Duck fan could ask for.

That would be incredible.

Hope it happens it would be a barn burner.

Seems like every week I see this same argument about Ohio State's SoS.

Ohio State drops 49+ on Miss St. Just saying

According to ESPN Ohio State "holds off" Illinois 60-35

but Alabama "not at their best" with "gritty defensive dominance" 20-7 over moo state

Ohio State dominated the entire game, Illinois picked up some garbage points.

Alabama didn't dominate their game, at all. Not to mention that dropped touchdown on Miss St's last play.

Ohio State played like total shit on defense after they scored to go up 35-7, no excuse for that (though missing 2 starting lbers did show in the 2nd half) but they were never in danger of losing like espn made it out to be

I don't want to take anything away from what Baylor is accomplishing under Art Briles because it is very impressive

Howevah Baylor would not even be in consideration if OU and Texas were not playing like a bunch of slack jawed rejects this year

Explain yourselves Texas and OU in graphic detail as to how you have allowed BAYLOR dominate your backyard

it is BAYLOR and they are clowning you

get out of the clown car and play some football for goodness sakes

tOSU would have stayed ahead had they played better D.

Didnt Baylor give up basically the same amount of points as OSU did this week??? I mean TTU is better than Illinois but its not like either of them is that great. Id probably wait til next week to move Baylor ahead but a win over OK State will do it for sure

#1 OSU won 60-35....... Baylor won 63-30? come on..... you can't get much more equivalent a win as that but.......

#2 at the end of the 1st quarter baylor was losing 20-7........ at the same time OSU was up 21-0....... OSU never trailed in their game..........

OSU >>>> Baylor in the battle of playing unranked opponent.......

Nobody said Tech was awesome, but they are better than the dumpster fire that is Illinois.

Maybe. Illinois' win over Cincinnati is lightyears better than anything Tech has done. Their best win is Texas State, for crying out loud.
