Cruz covers more ground, has a MUCH better arm, and would run over Odor if he came close to trying to make that play.

This play was all on Choo. But Odor has got to start learning where his boundaries are IMO. He's becoming the Martin of the INF.

I think Odor did the right thing in running over there because you are not sure where the ball may end up at first but you could tell he kept waiting for Choo to call him off and even looked for him a couple of times.

How do you expect a pitcher to have any grasp if this is all the work he gets? Not fair to the team or him IMO.
