A few weeks ago Bashaud Breeland was cited for marijuana, did the league ever fined him yet?

Apparently they havent done anything yet. Knowing GODell, he will wait until we are short on corners due to injury or something, then suspend him for the season.

I think the charge was possession. Not sure if he had actually smoked it yet so Goddell can't get him on the substance abuse policy. He can nail him on some other rap such as bad behavior, etc, but that probably requires a conviction. Never really heard the whole story. Shark's probably right, Goddell will wait until we are short handed and then bring the hammer down.

Because he didn't fail an NFL drug test they can't do anything at the moment. As was said earlier if there is a conviction GODdell can get him for breaking law, conduct detrimental or something like that.

Im actually rather shocked the state of VA hasnt pressed this yet. My guess is it gets plead down to a misdemeanor and GODell hits him with a two gamer. The question is, hat two games do we lose him for.

I bet he gets the charges dropped. Then it will be interesting to see what Goddell does.
