Bring in Scott Frost as the DC and groom him to take over as head coach in the next 5 years. Frost played defense in the NFL so he's qualified and recruits will see that he knows what it takes to get to the next level.

Up until EA Sports NCAA Football was banned, I was averaging top 5 recruiting classes. And it was easy. You just decide what the kid wants to hear and then you say it to him.
