I wouldn't expect him to "pick it up" against Seattle, the good news, if there is any, he's performing better than Anderson, and Hillman. This new 2 TE crap that Denver is running, is just destroying those running lanes that were there last year. Playing 2 tight brings the entire defense closer to the ball and neither TE is a plus run blocker so it's not like they makeup for the difference.

Ball's dropped to fourth RB in the one keeper league I have him in. Might be 5th behind Matt Asiata if he doesn't watch it.

Ball wasn't bad the first two weeks. I think the appendectomy has slowed him down a bit too. In the first week he just didn't seem too fast or powerful. Last night he was terrible, but so was just about everyone on Denver other than sanders. The schedule doesn't look too much better coming up either. Right out of the buy he's got Arizona, San Fran, and the jets.

Never understood the level of optimism for Ball coming into the year, but Big Bright side for those that saw him as an early pick at this point. He has the only Den rushing TD and has 7 receptions to the other two guys combined total of 2. I'd say there are plenty of points out there for him (especially in a PPR) for the rest of the year if he keeps the bell cow job and it looks like he will.

I was listening to ffb on satellite radio this morning. There is already some guy speculating the broncos may soon bench Ball for some 3rd string RB out of Duke whom I have never heard of.
