Great for him! I know that the atmosphere for him won't be as electric as in Oakland when he takes the field, but in my view, he got screwed by the Orioles. Great to see him get a job.
I really hope that Balfour shuts the O's down EVERY SINGLE TIME he faces them this season. The team is obviously content with 4th or 5th, but this would just be like rubbing shit in the face of Angelos...which would put a smile on my faceThe O's will look absolutely stupid with Balfour not only in the division but pitching well for a Rays team that should contend for the AL East title. Not that Baltimore has been a desired destination for FA over the years but you can count on no elite FA ever coming to Baltimore while Angelos owns the team. The Balfour debacle put his stamp on that and this is VERY unfortunate for O's fans.

Sadly, I don't think Angelos gives a shit one way or the other. But like yourself, I do hope Balfour eats them up every time he goes out.
Apparently they are pulling the same "problem with the physical" crap with Tyler Colvin that they did with Balfour.

At some point, fans have to say "enough is enough." Is it time to root for 0-162 (or at least bring anti-Angelos signs to home games) yet?
