“Left Cleveland, goes down to Cincinnati, that’s just somebody that’s in our locker room, asking us to play for him, and then goes to a team that we play twice a year?” Mayfield said, per Cleveland.com’s Mary Kay Cabot. “Everybody can have their spin on it, but that’s how I feel.”

Thoughts?

sounds like he felt betrayed. kinda like pointing those guys are the enemy, then went & sided with the enemy.

Sounds like a good rivalry to me. Well for the browns. the other side has Hue.

He worked for Cincy first. And a lot longer than he worked in Cleveland. Mike Brown doesn't like to fire people. Since his dad got the axe from Art up in Cleveland.

Baker should shut up. He wins games, his coach doesn't get fired in the first place.

Much ado about nothing maybe. Hue was fired. He can go wherever some idiot like Marvin will take him. I think Mayfield is just young and emotional. He obviously didn't like Hue and his play since Hue left is much better. He probably should have just said it is what it is and left it alone. It was a bait question.

Maybe he should have told the reporter this, "It's f'in great, we are better with Hue gone and going there makes the Bungles worse. Win/win man " And then a big ass smile and a wink. That's what I would do but I'm an asshole. :D

Yeah.

If the munchkin didn't lose, Hue would be in Cleveland with him. And he wouldn't have anything to cry about.

Hue sucked as a HC, no doubt. but he didn't turn it over four times against Oakland, did he?

Yea but also since Hue left Baker has been tearing shit up.

coincidence? maybe

also the Browns could have won 2 more games if they started Baker from the start of the year.

Hue got fired, he didn't leave on his own accord. Baker is an emotional young man who will learn that the NFL is a business for players as well as coaches.
