Looked sloppy for a bit but getting it together. Murphy is vital to the team. Washington and Coffey gotta be better. Gabe can stroke it

Yeah Murphy is just a beast. I don't mind coffeys game right now. I'd like him to shoot it a little bit better, but he's still the best overall player on the team IMO. If Washington wouldn't shoot and stick to distributing he can be a real nice role player.

I'd agree utah isn't very good. My guess is they're probably an NIT team. Certainly not a game we can afford to lose at home.

Coffey needs to make his free throws. Seems to always miss them at good times and forces shots when he can get any good shot he wants. He could be amazing

If Gabe is gonna play like this, I'm fine with it.

Gabe 7-9 from 3 in the first 2 games. Looks really smooth out there. Has great balance and feel for the game. If he can average double digits, that would be huge.

I'm pretty optimistic about the incoming freshman

Gophers still have depth concerns, but this team needs to make the tourney or Pitino will be in trouble

Getting Curry back, assuming he's 100% healthy will be a huge plus. Otoro, Murphy, Curry, Omersa is a nice front court. Coffey, Gabe, Pree, IW is a nice back court. Surprised we didn't see Stull at all Monday. But if Stull and Hurt are the 9th/10th options, I like where we stand as far as depth.

Also Gabe looks awesome. I realize he's hitting the 3 at an unsustainable clip, but he's been good defensively, seems to know the game, and looks really smooth out there. I love our roster once Curry is back and starts taking some of Stockmans minutes.

I like our chances against Creighton. They have not looked very impressive to start the year (Needed a late rally to beat East Tennessee State the other night)

Me too. I'd venture a guess that Cincy is better than Creighton and you guys handled them pretty easy.

Being from Omaha I have quite a few friends that are cretin fans. They wear Husker red in the fall and cretin blue in the winter. They've all been humble this season as cretin has a very young team. I despise anything and everything about cretin. I wouldn't even root for them in a national title game against tejas, and hope Ohio St kicks the livin' crap out of them.

Man I bet Tony Carr feels like an idiot . Could've came back to PSU and played for what would have likely been a top 15-20 type team but instead chose to sign with an agent and is now in nowheresville overseas . These kids need better guidance

I would be stunned if PSU was a top 15-20 team. They weren't even that last year with him.

I really liked them by year's end . But what I meant was had he come back this year they'd likely be a top 20 team ( imo ). Not that they are now without him
