Yeah I did. Iowa's ONLY claim to fame, Wrestling, they haven't won any more titles than UMn has the last 20 years. Wrestling is all you got, so what gives? UMn, throughout history, has dominated Iowa in ALL FOUR of the major league representative sports, FB/BB/Bb/Hk, now in the 21st Century, UMn has matched Iowa, for the most part, in their one and only sport. Dude, you seriously better how this year's BB squad doesn't choke, otherwise you got nothing on the Gophers.

UMn won Natl Titles in 1902, 1903 and 1919, according to 2 different sources, Helms Athletic Foundation named them champs in 1902 and 1919, and some other rating system ranked the 1903 team as the #1 rated team. UMn soundly beat Yale in 1902, and went undefeated in 1903, yet Helms still gave the title to Yale with their pick. There was an Eastern bias back then, in both cfb and cbb. Western teams had to earn titles back then by going out east and beating the perceived best teams in the nation, sometimes more than once before they started to become recognized as legitimate competition, and they got to only the Elite 8 in 1990. I was at that game, a missed 3 pointer before the buzzer would have gotten them to the FF, we all thought the shot was going in. Very disappointing, but still a fun experience.
