Dear President Alutto,

How are you? I’ve been better. Lately, as of this evening specifically, I’ve been feeling some serious medical problems coming on. I don’t know what it is, but I feel really stressed out and need to spend some “quality time” with my family. Maybe that will help. I think it’s my heart. This could be the big one.

Anyway, I won’t be in to work on Monday. Hell, I probably won’t make it in for the rest of this month if you want to know the truth. In fact, I’ll give you a call in a few weeks and kind of see where my “health” is at that time. I may need to take an extended leave.
