Save for Sanchez in for Posey (any reason given?), I think this is the lineup we need to start getting used to. I would like to see Pence and Craw swapped, though. Pence is an RBI man, not a move-the-line man.

The Peoples Champ Tim Lincecum gets the call tonight. Lincecum had kind of a rough outing last time out in Pittsburgh. It looked like he never found his release point. Kinda wild but he is back home tonight on his home mound which is better than Pitt. Hopefully he can get it going against the Braves. No Posey in the Line up so it's up to Sanchez to pick up the slack behind the plate. The team should get a big applause from the fans coming home after a 7-3 road trip.

Picks to click...Panda, Sanchez, and Crawford...The Panda is on his way back !

Go Giants !!

I hope you are right, but......

Actually, Timmy has been worse at home than on the road.

Home: 0-1, 6.59 ERA, 1.76 WHIP (13 innings)

Road: 2-1, 4.91 ERA, 1.68 WHIP (22 innings)

SSS, I know, I know.

Here's to the old Timmy showing up tonight.

Braves getting 105, Giants giving 115. O/U at 6.5.

Timmeh on the bump for the Giants is not a good sign for the Giants or the under. Add to that the fact that the Choppers will be out for revenge from the last series, and I say the good bets are the Braves and the over.

I am not betting this game.

Congrats, btw, on the vCash bankroll management. Almost double I see.

Just put 75 on the over.

I'm worried about the production from LF while Morse moves over to first base. I hope we can ride the ship til Belt gets back. any thoughts?

Obviously, Noggin & Co know a lot more about things than I do. However, I'm struggling with the strategy here.

I would be fine with the move if we had a LF besides Morse that can hit. Tyler Colvin and his .724 OPS with 1 SB in Fresno doesn't excite me. Hope he proves me wrong.

Six weeks is a long time, probably close to 40 games. Would have preferred giving Duvall a shot at 3B and move Panda to 1B, and leave the OF alone. I understand that uses one of Duvall's options, but we are talking about 6 critical weeks. Maybe the FO doesn't want Panda to look too valuable pre-contract negotiations. Or bring up Susac and move Posey to 1B.

Any questions, see my first line of this.

I'm more concerned about the corresponding move when we go back to 12 pitchers. Petit down, or is JLo hurt? If they are going to even out the staff before Belt is back, who do they bring up?

weird.

If they do go the Duvall route, I suspect he will play 1B, not Panda. Duvall's D is REALLY bad.

I figured the Dodgers had about a 90% chance to win yesterday with Kershaw on the mound against our scrubs.

Very glad to have lost 100 v cash on that one.
