no im saying i didnt know how good he did in spring training, i just know hes a really good prospect, so i want him to get his chance. i couldnt be judging it on his spring training if i dont even know how good he did lol. i didnt pay attention to anyone's spring training at all. i showed up here on opening day and said lets fuckin go

i wish i knew... the angels traded trumbo right? but skaggs was an example where i said "i would even have taken someone like tyler skaggs" but i also listed others who undoubtedly are proven

honestly, ive been questioning the rotation since october because i just am not confident that 3 guys are gonna come back from injury and be lights out on the big league level. so ya, even a fister cuz he's a proven innings eater. i know he's hurt now, but i wouldve been all for getting him in the offseason

I was hung up early in the offseason about us trading Profar for Shelby Miller. Thought that was a no brainer... Well that would have been a disaster from what I'm hearing ...apparently Miller may have a dead arm, totally ineffective this year...I guess my point is that sometimes it may be best to go wit what you know...Scheppers had a good ST, give him a shot first versus a prospect or young arm...
