Did they explain why future-Thawne is in his cell wearing his image emulator as Wells? I understand why they are doing it business wise (don’t have to pay an additional actor). But Thawne has been thoroughly established as Matt Letscher already. I think it is glaring laziness by going with the Wells/Thawne.

thing about time travel, is you have no clue where they are in the time travel... I mean, not only is Thawne welles, shouldn't he be at least 60 years old??

I am pretty disconnected from this story line (thanks in part to the casting of Thawne and Klein’s piss poor acting (or the piss poor direction he is receiving)). So I don’t really care about the why...

sorta think something went down behind the scenes, cuz thats just an awfully odd exit. Especially when last season is only 10 episodes so its not like production would that as time consuming as years past

but IMO good riddance, just an awfully eye roll inducing character from about season 2 onward

I’m rewatching smaillville and I will say one thing they neglected but nailed with flash was the Barry talking to people with a super fast moving face to conceal his identity.

I know I'm late to the party but I'm currently in the process of binging all the Arrowverse shows in order like I do every year when it's close to the end of season so I don't have to wait(except Supergirl I don't watch that outside of when they do the crossovers) and I just finished up Elseworlds and I have to say, I loved it. I think the trip to Gotham was my favorite and while knowing nothing about Batwoman I'm excited to see the show premiere in the fall. Also while not part of the crossover I did love on Legends of Tomorrow Gideon saying the Legends missed calls from Flash, GA, and SG and Ray quipping back with "they probably were calling about the annual event".

Definitely loved the tease for next years mega blockbuster event Crisis on Infinite Earths as that's a major DC event(might be the biggest) in the comics.
