Damn... Good thing they still have an abundance of TEs. Gillmore, Watson & Williams.
Maybe they were trying to phase him out this yr, but we'd never know that by his amount of targets LY.

I'm sorry, but the Raiders don't impress me. I thought they were overrated last year. Most of their wins came from shootouts. I laugh when I see their defense.
And yet somehow I don'tRavens down 2 starters for the year... Hate aside, gotta feel bad for them

It certainly does. Young was an up-and-comer with great potential. But the addition of Brandon Carr (FA) & Marlon Humphrey (Draft) this offseason will help. They are still in pretty good shape at the CB position. This just forces Humphrey to learn faster. The Tavon Young injury definitely hurts them..... Guess they are trying for some depth. I think they still have lots of question marks on that roster. Obviously if Flacco played like he is paid they would be fine, but I don't think anyone is holding their breath.
Just pure hate throwing through those veins... I love itHunphrey and Carr will be stocking shelves at Walmart after Ben's done with them.
No doubt. They could use a vet for insurance right now with Perriman having shown little to nothing yet to earn that WR2 spot. Hell, even Wallace isn't a sure-fire WR1.Maclin signing with the Ravens wouldn't be a surprise. He'll fit like a glove there.

Yea it seems like they are only interested in vet experience for the right price. Both Maclin & Decker may be asking for too much. But its a smart move by Ozzie. Neither Wallace or Perriman have the demeanor to be a leader. Wallace can be a poison if they trusted him for that role. They seem to feel Perriman is ready to take that next step (I say that because they passed on a WR in every rd of this recent draft)
Jeremy Maclin leaves Baltimore Ravens without deal
Sounds like the door is still open in BAL.
