How does that offset? 2 = 1 I guess by the NFL's math standards. It should be 2 off setting penalties, and then enforcement on the extra one on the Cards.

More like 2 on SF because the ref called personal fouls on 75 and 81. Not sure if Zona has a 75, but I know 75 is Boone, right?
