If you want to talk bad attitudes, Tank was a big part of the problem. He was the originator of the "Hot Boyz". He was one of the guys always more concerned about the image and bought in hook line and sinker to some of that crap. But, he plays hard during the game and is a great run stopper. At this point his age, lack of a pass rush and constant injuries just made him no longer in the teams plans. I would have loved to have had him for one more season but they have a younger version of him in Kneeland who needs to start and I think he would sulk on the sideline, maybe not somewhere else, but in Dallas I think he would

Micah is annoying as shit with his podcast and his constant tweeting but he always tells the truth and no one one this team since he has been here has wanted to win more. If the rest of this team played as hard and tried as hard as him we would have all of the problems we do. He has called teammates out for this before. Tank was probably right that he would never win a SB in Dallas (he isn't winning one in Seattle either so it's a weird comment) but that's such a little rejected bitch thing to say and it's 100% because they didn't want him back, so I'm glad he got called out for it. I wish it wasn't Micah who did so though. Non-issue IMO

Well throwing money at Dak certainly hasn't helped

DLaw wasn’t going to take one cent less than the market would bear for his services.

The Cowboys weren’t going to pay the market value for him.

I’m not defending Parsons ( I do wish he would tone down the social network chatter) but DLaw using that as an excuse for not staying here is pretty damn disingenuous.

No, but what does that have to do with this?

I just wanted to say it. LOL

But in a way it does affect the players who can be brought in to help the Cowboys win a Super Bowl

They have $48M in cap space and once Micah is extended they will have about $10M more than that. They could have signed any 2 or 3 of the free agents signed this week. If you ask me the Jones Boyz have a cash problem, not a cap problem. They either don't have it or don't want to part with it

I think Jerry is more worried about which hooker will pleasure him than spending money correctly on the Cowboys

I gotta ask this Cowboys fans:

"Are you happy with how Jerry Jones, GM (which we know does nothing) is handling Free Agency, Draft, paying players etc?"

He went to Seattle. If he gave a shit about winning he would have taken less money to go to Detroit or Philly
I don’t think he would see any time in Philly. He’s a run stopping DE in a 4/3 that can’t rush the QB anymore. The Eagles run a 3/4 now with Fangio. He would be buried and playing out of position as a 5 tech.

DLaw would certainly get time in Philly but I was talking more about joining teams positioned to win that schematical fit

I don’t think the Cowboys will be winning the Super Bowl any time soon, Jerry’s constant meddling negatively affects the team and they seem to be stuck in overall mediocrity.

Hey, I didn't start the Dallas hater thread for once! Clearly there are big problems in Dallas. It will always be an attractive destination for players because it's Texas, no state income tax, and there are a lot of fine blonde women running around that city, but the team is close to rock bottom.

The Giants look like they will be bottom dwellers in the NFC East for some time, but Dallas is not far behind at this point and does not appear poised to really compete with the Eagles and Commanders for the next few years. I think it is going to get worse down there.

Nah. He’s washed and not worth taking any of the better players off the field.
