Based on what? Both beat ND, both have close wins, OU has the better loss IMO. OU has played a significantly harder schedule. Based on resume OU is better Michigan.

I'd put Penn State ahead of Texas right now. Texas is an embarrassment. Michigan was playing at Penn State at night during a white out and went to 4 OT, while OU was killed in a game that wasn't close right from the start. Not sure how they have played a "significantly" harder schedule, neither has really played anyone. TCU and WVU are both bad, La-Monroe is, well La-Monroe, and Tulsa is trash. Did I miss something?

I'm looking at the actual teams and nothing on OU's schedule is particularly impressive aside from ND, which Michigan also did. I personally think Michigan is the more talented team.
