What makes you think I take up handicapped spaces?

Like I said, I use it to not pay meters where a quarter gives you 6 minutes of parking.

I also use it so I can park on the street without having to pay for a residential sticker

Reminded me of the other day when my buddy and I took his truck filled with garbage in the back and unloaded it in a dumpster at an apartment complex. By the time we were done we had some guy giving us the stink eye and my buddy said it looked like he was grabbing the plate number. Because the cops are bound to get on top of that one.
