All is well and good for the moment but look at what he has been doing over a longer stretch. Not enough that he should be re-signed. To join the ranks of Fielder ,Odor etc is not what we need going forward while rebuilding this team. He can fall in a K hole in a flash. I actually kinda like the extra inning / ghost runner rule and The pitching mound visit counter / clock.

I would not overspend for Gallo but he has the potential to be a winning piece. Maybe soon rate is a factor. But he is a unicorn and should not be given up unless the haul is worth it.

I saw a comment on Reddit last night that said 6/150 was reasonable for Joey. I don't think there's a chance in hell 6/150 gets anywhere close.
