That's what I've been banging my head against a wall about.

Simultaneous to switching to this new CDN (which is fucking amazing) and having to switch to their nameservers, two mods tell me they cant get in on their computers. So for five days Ive been telling them to be patient as the changes need to propagate. But just now I thought of something else. We had an ESPN asshole create a dozen names and I kept blocking a wider path of IPs to force him out and somehow maybe I blocked legit users. Don't see how it's possible, but maybe...
