Annual GM Survey

Here's the annual GM survey. Their pick to win the Finals is overwhelmingly the Spurs, which isn't too surprising.

A couple of interesting things that stuck out to me...

A) Last year 90% of Gm's chose LeBron as "player you'd pick to start a franchise with". This year, only half did with 25% picking Durant and 25% picking Davis. Has LeBron officially crossed over into the "old veteran guy" in the minds of GMs?

B) Which GM picked Pau Gasol as the most significant acquisition of the offeason?

C) Which GM picked Lionel Hollins as the best coach in the NBA?

D) Nazr Mohammed was the only non-guard to get a vote for best future head coach.

Hmmmm, the GMs still think highly of Kobe.

Btw, Klay Thompson has been getting a lot of love lately. I will be watching him closely this season to see if he lives up to the hype.
