Not just Washington. One of my favorite memories was when big fat mouth fvkhead Woody Hayes and his overrated team came into the Rose Bowl vs a Terry Donahue coached UCLA team and got boat raced. It was a year or two after that when that nutcase went off on the Clemson player and they finally put that old fvk out to pasture.

Stanford is well down from where they have been in recent years. Beating them does not carry the same weight.

It doesn't hold the same weight but Stanford is better than Nebraska and would be a toss up with Wisconsin and Penn State right now.

It carries more weight than what everyone is saying. Stanford should win out with their only loses to UW, WSU and Colorado. Those are 3 pretty damned good teams.

And again, I really don't care if people who live in SEC land and don't actually watch any of our games wants to call us names over our ranking in a system that is at least better than what we had before and still lets us have a worthy champion at the end of the year. Where teams rank on Nov 8th doesn't matter much. No amount of bitching about it will stop them from being top 4 at years end if they go 13-0. So just let them bitch. The team has to go out and earn that respect on the field of play.

I didn't say they can't lose. Shit, you guys should beat Penn state 9/10 times you play which is where UW is with the talent they have. I wanted them to lose to Cal, to $C and to the Lil Devils but you can't look on paper and find one more talented team outside of Alabama.
