Stanford#7. Utah #16. Stanford has since struggled, Utah has not. How many other early season PICKS have underperformed, like LSU lol. FSU? Nebraska?
UW is undefeated and playing well. UW has USC, WSU, and hopefully a conference Championship game, that is 3 quality opponents. Having said that. Auburn and LSU would both currently get CRUSHED by the #22 ranked WSU Cougars.

LSU was being talked about as a contender IF they beat Bama. Which they didn't, JOKE, since they have NOT beat any ranked team this year, unless you count 3-5 ole miss. lol.
Auburn was being discussed too, along with texas a&m.

If those same committee members are claiming that Penn State's SOS is what got them the #12 ranking this past week, then they should slide in the next 3 weeks. They have Indiana, Rutgers and Michigan State left. That should bring their SOS way down after those are factored in. I don't know about the rest of the SEC, but we didn't beat Tennessee, Kentucky, A&M, Arky, Ole Miss or LSU 52-6, In fact the only other team that we beat by 48 was Kent State.

Now, since USC is 5-2 in the PAC, I guess we could surmise that an above average PAC team is about the same as a middling MAC team

...which is about as legit as you saying there are no other good SEC teams...
