If I'm the Texans and I want a QB, I take Bortles. If they want the best player, take Clowney. Best move might be to trade down with Cleveland, who wants Johnny Football, get a better Pro QB prospect at 4, and pick up an additional starter with the other top 35 pick from Cleveland
