Offer him 16.4M AAV if he turns it down let him walk
I'd be really afraid of offering 5 years to a guy who hasn't proven to be consistent enough to warrant it. I still don't know how Dallas didn't jump in the 3rd round at Miles Boykin or Hakeem Butler. Or in the 4th, they could've moved up 3 spots and taken Riley Ridley, but instead they stood pat and grabbed a RB, one of the two they took in one of the richest WR drafts in recent history.Amari holds most of the chips right now. The only chips Dallas holds is Amari's 5th year and then the franchise tag.
I have a feelings the cap will jump a lot with the next CBA so maybe it's best just to bite the bullet and get as many guys under contract now.

I think we know the answer after a few decades of Jerrah, no?
Then they will have to make some cuts. Thing is looking at Dallas upcoming contracts they can not sign every deserving player. They have some hard decisions coming up unless the cap jumps. And if the CBA doesn't jump then what
He walkin' thenOffer him 16.4M AAV if he turns it down let him walk
Then the Boys will have to find another WRHe walkin' then
Maybe Dallas let's Zeke walk, he signs with Filthy and he turns into Murray 2.0How is, the cowboys fucking up zeke's entire career by paying the rest of the offense retarded money, news?
Oh because it's hilarious
He carried them to the playoffs, they have no wr. Wanna invest in dak. Dak has shown no wr chemistry with anyone but him. He’ll be there.

$10M huhPerhaps one of the dumbest contracts I've ever heard of. I wouldn't pay him anywhere north of $10m per before I figure out if last year was an anomaly. He's a really talented WR, but there are a lot of really talented WRs out there. If they were smart, they would've taken one in this year's draft. Instead they took a DT in the 2nd round.

i think u misread the post..........16 is the FLOOR, they're thinking he wants to be the highest paid wr........over 18, more than ODB
Whatever you say. Cooper is by far their best receiving option, and it's not even close. Cobb is washed up, Gallup has never done anything, and they don't have a QB that has the passing ability to elevate their game. Since it's clear they're breaking the bank on Dak, I can't imagine they are going to give Amari $18m. Might not have been the worst idea to draft an actual WR to throw out there with him rather than rely on nobodies like Cobb and Gallup.$10M huh
Thankfully they did NOT take a WR in the 2nd round. While if BPA I'd be OK, but I would have hated that if they targeted WR there or the 3rd round. If Amari leaves in a couple of years they have plenty of time to prepare. They have no need to force WR right now. They should be fine there with Cooper, Gallup, Cobb and the others
1. IN CAP HELL
Do you see the difference?
