I can't find anything even remotely saying this. I can't even find anything saying Coop wants more than OBJ. Of course that doesn't mean the rumors are GNGing either.

Wentz is on his rookie contract and in 2020 his cap hit on his 5th year will be 22+M and the Eagles will be 14+M over the cap as of right now. The Boys can sign their core players(Dak, Amari & Zeke) and still have cap space to make moves

Dallas has more key guys to sign at big money. Their star LB, their star CB but they will get them all signed just like Philly will be fine too. Teams have proven they know how to get around the cap. Philly was 22 million over and now 20 million under and made 3 big FA signings at over 10 mill per year each.
