If that's true, why did Cody say the only reason they did All In was to prove Dave Meltzer wrong? He was adamant that Dave Meltzer arrogantly claimed Cody and the Bucks wouldn't be able to do such a thing. That was from Cody's own mouth and there was no...joy in his voice when he was telling that story. Essentially Meltzer questioned their manhood and All In was the big Fuck You to Meltzer.

Proving someone wrong is not that same as "fuck you". The latter implies insults and hostilites towards that person. They don't have hostility towards Meltzer. In fact, its the opposite. His relationship is so positive with the people in AEW that he's been accused of positive bias

TV14 is a good sign, but please don't make it a soft core pr0no like WWE was. You don't need large amount of blood, katie vick storylines and females mud wrestling. I am hoping, and it sounds like AEW is going to do this, the TV14 just allows more interesting storylines and able to make things a little more edgier when need be.

The movie part isn't even that big of an excuse. Unless its shooting on location in some far away country, its not that big of a deal for a pro wrestler to dip into a city for a few hours to have a match and then dip out. Heck, Hangman Page literally flew to England to wrestle Pac and immediately flew back on short notice.

Yeah I agree Moxley makes a ton of sense and Meltzers report could be a smokescreen to create more intrigue.

Just as a shot in the dark they could have reached some type of agreement with New Japan and that's where the surprise wrestler is from.

Punk and Moxley are the only wrestlers from the US who make sense.

Yet Dave Meltzer arrogantly claimed they couldn't do it. Cody said that with his very own words and he was not "aww shucks" about it either. He was legitimately pissed off. So yes proving Meltzer wrong is the same as fuck you.

Not to mention Cody is a very angry man and I don't understand why. He claims not to hate Vince and the WWE yet insults them at every turn. He claims to think Bayley is awesome but has no problem with disparaging her at the first opportunity. Now you'll predictably claim that Cody's just working everybody, but he wouldn't say it if he didn't believe it. Work or no work.

Destroying HHHs throne with a sledgehammer.

Destroying Dustin as he's wearing Raw colors.

Love the storytelling here. Much better than Sting/HHH at WM.
