Can't be mad at these first 2 games as a Yankees fan.

Took 1 and had a great chance to take a 2nd on the road with Verlander starting.

Find a way to win Game 3 against Cole and you're in the drivers seat

I was beginning to think, what if nobody wins this game.

If a baseball fan from the 1950's got transported to today, he would be surprised about how great of a picture you can get on a television. He would also laugh about all the pitching changes. What else would he say?

How come the TV camera is not behind the plate?

One thing I really don't want to see, is the Nats winning the NL Pennant. Cardinals better wake up and make that series watchable.

Boone need to not have such a quick hook with his starters because you end up in a situation like this. With 3 straight games coming up starting tuesday, he's going to trust his starters more. Can't pull your starters at the first sign of trouble with 3 straight games coming up.

No need for JA Happ to be pitching in the 11th inning of a game where the team only allowed 2 runs.

It definitely is but pulling your starter in the 3rd inning isn't the smartest idea. Cant ask your pen for 6 innings of work every game even if it is a strength with 3 straight games coming up. It is a recipe for disaster

Schaefer still is. It's distributed regionally, mostly back east where it was popular (they're owned by Pabst now)
Not sure about Ballantine.....or even Rheingold for that matter.
