There was actually a legal basis to her claim...don't get me wrong, I think it's just as frivolous a lawsuit, but there is at least some legal foundation. That McDonalds was serving coffee hotter than regulations stipulated. So there was some level of negligence...$160,000.00 worth? No...of course not.
