His ERA is now 7. No reason he should start another game this season

Orioles 5 games up in the loss column on NY
4 game road series at the Yankees
Orioles 5 games up in the loss column on NY

I will count this as a series win, even in a tie.

Aint the beer cold, Hon!

Have to be pretty psyched to be an Oriole fan these days. Prospects contributing mightily, and a bunch more waiting in the wings.

The Orioles have the Lowest true payroll in the league.
Better yet, everyone is under team control for several affordable years. They can take on tons of free agent salary if they want to do so.

They have so many high quality young trade assets, that they can outbid any team in a trade bidding war.

And the absolute best talent is still to come.
They are essentially on the cusp of building a 10 year run, if they don't fuck it all up by being stupid...which is sadly still possible....

Damn. Didn't realize you guys were spending less than even Tampa. So now there's two teams in the division making the big spenders look silly.

Baltimore is a great baseball town. Hope this works out for you guys over the next ten years.

Just wish we had a bit more of those being pitching prospects.

That would be 1 game back in the loss column with the head-to-head tiebreaker TAMPA

Weird that the first sort of "scuffling" mediocre month has Baltimore making up the most ground.

Long season....plenty of more ups and downs....

29th out of 30, higher than only the A’s.

$68m.

Crazy.

I hope they go all out for Shohei in free agency.

13-0 start has been officially caught (at least for one day) in the loss column

Mindboggling, that there is a reasonable 50/50 chance that Baltimore could have the fewest losses in the AL at the all-star break

It's still probably a year ahead of schedule, but we had to sit through 40-50 win seasons to get here.

This is all on Gleyber.

Easy DP ball that would have been inning ending lead to 3 unearned runs
