Football now over, not a big NBA fan, watch hockey when the playoffs start....Baseball season can't start soon enough.....No, and definitely not for multiple years. Seems like a good guy, but not a fit on these new look Yankees.

February does suck though I still watch hockey and college hoops. I just can't wait to watch spring training ball.
July at least has the All star game and the trade deadline. February is for hunger.
True but there no other sport except Baseball in July.
Only reason I prefer July than February is because of the weather. I'm often stuck in the house in February due to winter weather. At least in July, the weather is beautiful and I'm stuck home searching for sports to watch
8 inches of snow Sunday, 3 inches yesterday, and expecting another 3 inches tonight. I broke my shovel and threw my back out Sunday night shoveling that shit. Now I get to go to work all night with subzero wind chills.
Give me July over February anyday.

Such BS from Martinez. If the Red Sox have the best offer on the table, you are going to take a different offer because the "best offer" isn't high enough? So you aren't "fed up" with another team offering you a smaller deal, just the Red Sox.The staredown between J.D. Martinez and the Red Sox doesn’t appear to be all that close to ending. Evan Drellich of NBC Sports Boston spoke to agent Scott Boras Tuesday evening, with Boras making clear that his client is willing to wait until after the start of Spring Training to sign a contract. Meanwhile, Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic reports that Martinez has become “fed up” with the lack of flexibility on Boston’s part and may actually prefer to sign with another club at this point.
Seems fair.....Such BS from Martinez. If the Red Sox have the best offer on the table, you are going to take a different offer because the "best offer" isn't high enough? So you aren't "fed up" with another team offering you a smaller deal, just the Red Sox.
What?Seems fair.....
