I wonder what the yanks are going to do without Lemahieu? I would put Urchella at 3rd and start Wade at SS. They could go with Odor at 3rd and Urchella at SS but Odor is hitting 200, as is Higgy who will be catching, Gallo is hitting under 200 and Gardner is clocking in around 225. At least Wade is fast and batting in the 260's.

The only real SS on the roster right now is Velazquez, and they'd be much better defensively with him there and Gio at 3rd. I think they like having Wade as a pinch runner, so I wouldn't be surprised if that's how it looks tonight

I like Wade's over all offense better than Velazquez but Velazquez is the better defender. They also have Greg Allen to pinch run. If they have Gallo behind Stanton again that's a mistake. Why even pitch to Stanton?

Forgot about Allen-yeah, that could be the decider to have Wade start at SS.

Gallo's 2 true outcomes, but he sees a ton of pitches per AB (3rd in AL), and that has value-especially in a game like this.

Gallo's been terrible. 4 for his last 30 with only 4 walks. Good defender but left in Fenway is pretty small so Stanton could cover it. Gotta have Gardy out there to cover ground in center. But he is a lefty so I would be shocked if he wasn't playing
