Justin Wilson looks like a shrewd signing now

need Britton to get right, I see him as the closer fallback as Chapman gets older and has his own health issues
Wilson was a nice below-the-radar move. That’s still a pretty loaded bullpen. Aroldis definitely has entered the “high wire act” stage of his closing career, though.

Most effective reliever of all of 'em in 2020 was Britton though, by a mile.

They're going to miss the hell out of him for however long he's down.

Yes, I was actually surprised to see just how good Britton’s numbers were the last 2 years. He’s been even better than Chapman.

Meg and Ashley Judd

both destroyed, both paper towel specials for me growing up

Watching Top Gun right now, emotional scene between Maverick & Goose’s wife played by Meg Ryan after Goose dies....Maverick leans in and tells her “do not do plastic surgery ever to your face”

Erod looking very solid after missing all of last year:

4IP, 4H, 0BB, 1ER, 6K. 48 pitches

Contract year for him. Expect a good showing.

Even though he hadn’t been in the East for a while, I’d like to give a shout-out to a solid career for Nick Markakis. Was sad that we decided to let him go because he was a good guy to have in the lineup and probably the best right fielder we’ve had in the past 20 years.

Hell of a career, 2300 hits, 500 doubles, 3 gold gloves.

I don't think his heart's been in it for a while, as evidenced by his opting out/opting in last season.

He had a pretty good case for 2008 AL MVP, even with the Orioles mediocrity IMO. unfortunately he didn't even appear on any ballots. It's a shame he was never really able to keep hitting like he did in 2007-08. Damn good player
