Regardless of what you huckleberrys think, I am a fan of Gardner , heck, he carried the Yankees offense on his back one year I recall. However, the Yankees have not gotten past the first round with him at top spot. If you remember , in his ten year career with yanks, yanks have 1 ring, and jetes was in top spot in ‘09.

Aaron Judge is starting in center field for the Yankees on Saturday against the Blue Jays.
Brett Gardner is not in the Yankees' starting lineup for Saturday's game against the Blue Jays.

It looks to be nothing more than a routine day off for the veteran left fielder. Billy McKinney will start in his place in left field while Aaron Judge mans center and Giancarlo Stanton handles right field
