Not too much to be excited about after the first weekend. Starting pitching obviously looked good but it's the Rays.

They should go into that first Yankees series at least 6-3.

Sending home Brock Holt yesterday was inexcusable. Would have had bases loaded, 1 out, with Martinez coming up. No reason to push the envelope there. Cora has to get that under control.

Lot of blame on Boone it seems, but according to DRob he asked him who he'd rather face and he said Smoak.

The game will be made up on Tuesday at 4 p.m. EST. Jordan Montgomery was scheduled to start for New York, with Tampa Bay starting Austin Pruitt in their "bullpen day" part of the rotation. We'll see if the cancellation changes those plays for the Rays.

They should have just pushed the game today back to 3 or 4 PM once they heard the forecast over the weekend.

The snow is already done. My guess is cleaning the seats is more of the issue but yeah tomorrow doesn't look great but doesn't seem like a washout either
