RHP Dillon Tate, LHP Josh Rogers, and RHP Cody Carroll are the three players Baltimore got. Anybody know anything about them?

Most scouting reports I've seen project them as back of the rotation/bullpen guys. Tate's the most intriguing name and while he seems to be better fitted as a reliever, the Orioles will probably try to keep him in the rotation. Carroll is seen as a potential closer. Orioles need pitchers.
